All the talk right now at Celtic is about Kieran Tierney.

The Celtic left-back hasn’t had much time to celebrate Scotland booking their World Cup ticket, because he is back in domestic action on Saturday evening.

But on Thursday, Celtic released footage of the players at Lennoxtown, including Tierney in training, greeting the players and staff, following his stunning stoppage-time winner for his country.

But that wasn’t the only good news coming out of training.

Kieran Tierney’s Lennoxtown return after Scotland World Cup heroics

As expected, Tierney was all smiles as he emerged from the car park alongside Scotland hopeful Luke McCowan.

Tierney then walks onto the training pitch, alongside forgotten summer signing Hayato Inamura.

The goalscoring hero is greeted by Shaun Maloney, who gives him a big hug, and he has a big smile on his face as the players stand together in a huddle, with a mention of his goal for Scotland.

Colby Donovan spotted in Celtic training

But perhaps even better news from training, and let’s wait for O’Neill’s presser ahead of St Mirren, but Colby Donovan is back in action.

Donovan was stretchered off during Scotland U21 duty, and there was a lot of worry about his injury status after he also missed Celtic’s win over Kilmarnock before the November international break.

But with Alistair Johnston still out injured, at least O’Neill now has Donovan, Anthony Ralston and Jahmai Simpson-Pusey to pick from as his right-back options.
