The very latest Celtic transfers news and rumours on January 30 including updates on Luis Palma, Mathias Kvistgaarden and Kieran Tierney.
Palma to Olympiacos
Celtic’s Luis Palma has struggled to establish himself under Brendan Rodgers as it seems his style does not suit the way the manager wants his team to play.
That has forced the Honduran to spend most of his time on the bench.
Even upon making appearances Palma has been criticised at times for his efforts and has always looked to be on the way out even though he hoped to stay initially.
Now, according to Sportime in Greece, the current league leaders Olympiacos are “really close” to landing the playmaker.
MLS clubs fancied Palma while Real Valladolid were linked with the 24-year-old but now it appears he’s made his call.

Kvistgaarden Celtic talks ramp up
The Danish striker has been on Celtic‘s wishlist for months having tried to sign him last year.
The Hoops scouted the player as recently as November after Kyogo made it clear he wanted to leave at the beginning of the season.
Now Sky Sports are claiming that Brondby will hold out for around at least £10million and that discussions between both clubs are ongoing.
Celts need a new forward to replace Kyogo but Adam Idah netting twice vs Aston Villa last night showed the Irishman is ready to scrap for a spot.
Tierney Arsenal stance reveals itself
The defender has officially agreed to join Celtic on a pre-contract and now it remains to be seen whether or not the Gunners will sanction that this month or force the player to wait.
Rodgers wants Tierney in January with Champions League knockout playoffs to contend with while Alex Valle moved to Como on loan and bid farewell to the Hoops earlier this week.
Tierney was picked among the Arsenal bench for their 2-1 win over Girona last night which was an unnecessary gamble for the club to take with the outgoing left-back.
However it may have signaled that Arsenal plan to keep Tierney until the summer.
