Hugh Keevins isn’t short of a strong opinion, but his latest shout cannot be argued with.
Celtic returned for pre-season training at Lennoxtown on Friday, with double sessions scheduled in for Saturday as they look to reach an elite level of fitness.
Amid their return, the club have been busy in the transfer market with the addition of three new players in Kieran Tierney, Ross Doohan and Benjamin Nygren.
There’s also been plenty of speculation surrounding potential exits, one of the biggest being Nicolas Kuhn and his links to RB Leipzig and Como 1907.

Keevins says Celtic must sell Kuhn if offered £15m
Como are said to be in talks with Celtic, and it was reported by German media that the Hoops want to bank £17m for the winger this summer.
Keevins thinks if the Bhoys are offered at least £15m for the former Rapid Wien star, then they must cash in without question.
He says Celtic as a business are obliged to sell for that sum of money, despite Kuhn registering 36 goal contributions in 51 games last season.
Speaking live on Clyde 1 Superscoreboard, Keevins said: “First of all, with regard to Nicolas Kuhn, it is a business obligation to sell if you get offered the amount of money speculated on.
“If it is £15m, then Celtic are obliged to sell him and devote the money to bringing in other players.
“I have no doubt that Nygren will be a positive signing, but I think Celtic need so much more. I think they need a central defender, cover at full-back, and a striker of quality and calibre.”
Gianluca Di Marzio update on Kuhn
On Thursday, respected Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio revealed talks had commenced between Como and Celtic for a possible Kuhn deal.
Then, the reporter shared on X the following day that the Serie A side had signed winger Jesus Rodriguez from Real Betis.
However, that has not derailed their intention to sign Kuhn, who is said to be Como’s ‘top favourite’ option as they seek to sign another wide man this summer.
