Michel-Ange Balikwisha is a name that has been doing the rounds for some time when it comes to Celtic transfer gossip.
Balikwisha has name-checked Celtic several times when it’s come to a possible move away from Royal Antwerp, where he has been excelling in the Belgian Pro League.
Brendan Rodgers wants quality additions this summer and the wide man would fit the bill in that sense.
The 24-year-old appears to be keen on a move to Celtic Park and judging by his latest activity on social media, it could be on the cards.

Michel-Ange Balikwisha likes Celtic fans’ comments on Instagram
After celebrating Antwerp’s 3-0 win over K.A.A. Gent, Balikwisha shared photos from the game on his Instagram account with the caption: ‘God’s Plan’.
Underneath the post, several Celtic fans commented, urging him to join or sending the four-leaved clover emoji as a test to see if he would respond.
Although he didn’t directly reply, the Antwerp man did like some of the posts, which may suggest that he could be heading to Glasgow in the summer.
Rodgers has a seven-man shortlist going into the summer and with reinforcements on the wing needed, Balikwisha certainly seems like a man wanting to move.
Who would make way for Michel-Ange Balikwisha?
The most obvious answer to this is Luis Palma.
Palma is wanted by three Greek clubs despite his below-par loan spell at Olympiacos this season and will almost certainly leave permanently in the summer.
As James Forrest reaches the latter stages of his career, his role to play as a regular has decreased and even though Hyun-jun Yang has finally found his feet, the chance to upgrade on him can’t be ignored.
Nicolas Kuhn is also of interest to other teams, while Premier League clubs are sniffing around Daizen Maeda – meaning that a spot in the starting XI would be up for grabs.
