All of the latest Celtic transfer news this Thursday morning including the latest on Jahmai Simpson-Pusey, Jakob Breum, Marco Tilio and Stephen Welsh.

Celtic agree deal to sign Jahmai Simpson-Pusey
A centre-back has been one of the primary targets for Celtic this summer and it seems that they are finally going to address that.
Fabrizio Romano revealed that Jahmai Simpson-Pusey will join Celtic on loan until the end of the season.
There will be no option to buy the Manchester City youngster permanently and the 19-year-old will be the latest Man City youngster to get their first steps in senior football after previous success stories with Jason Denayer and Patrick Roberts.
Celtic’s true offer for Jakob Breum revealed
Jakob Breum is a name that has been doing the rounds for Celtic in the last few days and won’t die down.
Twente offered more for Breum than the Hoops have done with any of their bids, despite being told by Go Ahead Eagles that the 21-year-old was valued at £5m.
It’s been reported that Celtic actually offered £2.6m for Breum instead of widespread claims that the Bhoys made a £3m bid meaning that there is still work to be done.
Celtic block Marco Tilio exit
One man destined to leave Celtic this summer is Marco Tilio.
Despite impressing down under with Melbourne City, his time in Glasgow has been nothing but disappointment.
He finally looked set to leave Celtic Park after Rapid Vienna agreed to sign Tilio on loan with an option to buy.
The move seems to be on hold though as Celtic want to keep Tilio due to the lack of wide options which has not gone down well with supporters.
Stephen Welsh linked with Plymouth Argyle loan
As one centre-back looks set to join, another could be on his way out.
Stephen Welsh struggled in pre-season and was substituted in the game against Cork City after Welsh suffered a shoulder injury.

The Celtic academy graduate is low down in the pecking order and could be allowed to go out on loan.
Plymouth Argyle are the side keen on loaning Welsh and it could be one to watch as the weeks go by.
